INSTRUCTIONS

Lie on your back, cross your right leg over the left. Bend knees & place 3rd loop of the YOAG from the left over your right foot and place the 4th loop from the right over your left foot. Keep legs as straight as possible & relax hips and back. Modify the pose for your individual needs. Stay for 3 to 5 breaths & repeat on the other side.
