INSTRUCTIONS

Stand with feet firmly on the ground. Place hands into separate loops, palms facing each other. Stretch your arms up. Inhale & lift your torso, exhale & turn from your hips, waist & ribcage to the right. Inhale & return to the center, exhale & turn to the left. Repeat for 3 to 5 breaths. Slowly increase duration.
