SITTING VARIATION
Step 2

Sit in a comfortable position. Place each hand into separate loops, the palms facing each other. Stretch your arms upwards, inhale and lift your torso, exhale and lean into the YOAG. Keep your elbows as straight as possible. Stay for 3 to 5 breaths in the pose. Slowly increase the duration.
