STANDING VARIATION
Step 2

Begin by standing with your feet firm on the ground. Place your hands into separate loops of the YOAG, the palms facing each other. Stretch your arms upwards, inhale and lift your torso, exhale and lean into the YOAG. Keep your elbows as straight as possible. Stay for 3 to 5 breaths in the pose. Slowly increase the duration.
