STANDING VARIATION
Step 1

Begin by standing with your feet firm on the ground. Place your arms into one loop, and stretch them upwards. Inhale and lift your torso, exhale and lean into the YOAG. Stay for 3 to 5 breaths in the pose. Slowly increase the duration.
