INSTRUCTIONS

Lie on your belly, bend your knees and place each foot into the 1st loop of each side of the YOAG. Place your hands into the 4th loop. Contract your buttocks muscles and your inner thighs. Inhale and lift your knees, exhale and stretch your arms over your head. Rest on your belly when finished, and sway your feet left and right.
