VARIATION 3

Sit in a comfortable position. Place your right hand into the 1st loop of the YOAG and your left hand into the 4th or 5th loop. Bring your arms over your head. Lower your arms behind your back and slowly move them up and down. Modify the pose by dropping your head toward your chest. Release any tension in your neck.
