VARIATION 1

Begin by standing with your feet firm on the ground. Place your right hand into the 1st loop of the YOAG and your left hand into the 4th loop, the palms facing outwards. Bring your arms up, slowly stretch them behind your head and lean into the YOAG. Stay 3 to 5 breaths in the pose.
