INSTRUCTIONS

Lie on your back, bend knees and place right foot into 1st loop of the YOAG. Lift right leg and cross it over to the left side. Place left arm into the 2nd or 3rd loop. Keep arms at a right angle to your torso & turn your head to the right. Relax your body and stay for 3 to 5 breaths. Repeat on the other side.
