| If
you have or suspect that you have a medical problem that
could be agitated by doing YOAG YOGA, talk to a physician
before trying YOAG YOGA. This includes any significant
problem affecting the bones, muscles, or ligaments.
Always warm up the muscles before starting your yoga
exercise program.
Rest between doing the poses in order to balance the
body and to observe the positive effects.
Do not strain or force the body, especially if you
have high blood pressure, heart disease or other health
problems.
Go slowly and gently if you have back problems.
Gradually ease into and out of all poses, and avoid
jerky movements. Stay in the present moment, focusing
on your breathing while you are in yoga poses.
Become aware of any tension in your body and make any
necessary adjustments throughout your practice.
Rest for at least 5 to 10 minutes at the end of your
practice to relax and to receive the benefits.
Children need to be supervised when using the YOAG.
Never put your head into a loop and do not use the YOAG
as a toy.
The YOAG is a yoga exercise device and must be used
consciously and respectfully.
YOAG YOGA Enterprises is not responsible for any injuries
occurring while using the YOAG.
