SITTING VARIATION

Sit in a comfortable position. Place left hand into the 1st loop of the YOAG and your right hand into the 4th loop, palms facing outwards. Bring arms above your head, inhale and lift your torso, exhale & stretch to the right. Place your right hand on the ground and stay for 3 to 5 breaths in the pose. Slowly increase duration.
