STANDING VARIATION

Stand with feet firmly on the ground. Place right hand into the 1st loop of the YOAG and your left hand into the 4th loop, palms facing outwards. Bring arms above your head, inhale & lift your torso, exhale & stretch to the right. Inhale & return to the center, exhale & stretch to the left. Repeat for 3 to 5 breaths. Slowly increase duration.
