VARIATION 4

Lie on your back, and bend your knees. Place each foot into the 1st loop of each side of the YOAG and place the 4th loops around each shoulder. Keep your legs as straight as possible and relax your entire back and sacrum. Stay 3 to 5 breaths in the pose and slowly increase the duration.
