VARIATION 3

Lie on your back, bend knees & place each foot into 2nd loop of each side of the YOAG. Place shoulders or arms into 1st loop of each side. Arms may be suspended into the air & loops are placed around your forearms. Keep legs as straight as possible & relax your entire back and sacrum. Stay 3 to 5 breaths and slowly increase duration.
