INSTRUCTIONS

Lie on your back, bend knees & place 1st loop of the YOAG around the middle of each foot. Place each arm into the 2nd or 3rd loop. Keep knees bent & relax your arms and shoulders. Your arms may be suspended into the air & the loops are placed around your forearms. Remain for 3 to 5 breaths. Slowly increase the duration.
