Birth Goddess-Bloom

This pose is performed similar to the Birth Goddess-Lotus pose, except that you skip Step 2, and in Step 3 each foot is placed separately into the 4th loop on each side of the YOAG. Rest your elbows on your thighs and bring palms together. Relax entire body and rest.
