STEP 2

Keeping your point of focus in front of you on the ground, bend right knee and place the loop around your right foot. Place right arm into the loop most comfortable to you and stretch the right leg to the side as you stretch your arms over your head or to the side. Take 2-3 breaths; slowly come out of the pose. Repeat on other side.
