VARIATION 1

Begin on your knees. Place your right foot into the 1st loop of the YOAG and your left hand into 3rd or 4th loop. Inhale and lift your right knee, exhale and stretch your left arm forward. Allow your head to relax and stay in the pose for 2 to 3 breaths. Repeat on the other side.
